Europe style for Eps Expanded Polystyrene - eps foam beads – Xiongye

EPS foam beads is produced by the EPS pre-expander machine .It is a white spherical particle made of expandable polystyrene plastic particles added to petroleum liquefied gas and processed through a series of processes at a certain temperature.

The particles are uniform, the microporous are developed, the comparative area is large, the adsorption capacity is strong, the elasticity is good, not rot, not broken, the density is small, the material is light, and it is widely used. Water supply equipment such as filters, and foam filter beads are also widely used in different fields of refractory, building materials, packaging and other industries (easy to dissolve at high temperatures), filling material ,purified sewage treatment, lightweight concrete foam board and so on .

For the purified sewage treatment :
It mainly applied to small and medium water supply equipment, as well as water supply system in inland ships , Various filters, Ion exchange , Valveless , Desalination , Urban Water Supply , Drain and the other waste water fileds .
 In general  EPS balls 2-4mm as the filtration media is best ,it would be contacted with the water better .

For the filling material :
EPS is a kind of light polymer, no static electricity, no noise, good hand feeling, non-toxic, flame retardant, uniform particle size, and recyclable. It is as light and white as a snowflake, round as a pearl, has a texture and elasticity, is not easily deformed, has good air permeability, is comfortable to flow, and is environmentally friendly and healthy. It is an ideal filling material for toy pillows bean bags ,U type flight pillows and so on .Such as 0.5-1.5mm ,2-4mm ,3-5mm ,7-10mm and so on .

For the lightweight concrete foam board :
The eps foam beads would mix with concrete to form lightweight concrete foam board ,it is with good Insulation effect .
