Introduce :
3D wall panel is a kind of new type architecture wall material. It can replace the brisk wall to be kinds of main wall, non-main wall, and boundary etc. 
Our panels are made from formed EPS blocks cut to desired panel dimensions using a CNC shape cutting machine and covered on either side with electro-welded high tensile steel wire mesh joined by steel wire connectors through the EPS panel core to form a three dimensional hyper static composite of steel mesh and EPS core.
3D panel is a modern building materials for the rapid construction of new energy-efficient warm buildings and for renovation of existing buildings and structures.
EPS 3D wall panels can be used to build both structural and non-structural walls while EPS 3D floor panels can be used to construct ribbed slabs. EPS 3D panels are used as a substitute to traditional materials used in erecting walls, stairwells, floors and roofs.
3D mesh panels is a three-dimensional mesh, this product is widely used in Europe and the United States in the construction system to replace the wood framework wall, metal or prefabricated plate, has a flexible structure, simple construction, improve efficiency, save labor characteristics. Park wall arch corners, curved wall using this product with camber free construction simply and quickly, modeling beautiful and so on as their characteristics. Interior lining insulation material with insulation strong characteristics of small occupied area so that the indoor space more labor-saving and time-saving structural integrity of the wall.

1. Foam core for insulation.
2. Wire mesh on inside and outside.
3. Welded truss of wire cross pieces.
4. Sprayed concrete on both sides (“shotcrete”)
